Brhan Ahmed
FounderBrhan Ahmed proudly born and raised in the Central Valley. Mr. Ahmed left his home city of Fresno to obtain his undergraduate degree at Georgetown University and law degree from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law (formerly known as Boalt Hall). Mr. Ahmed was a Senior Associate at the global law firm Hogan Lovells Cadwalader and was based in its Los Angeles office. His practice focused on complex commercial litigation, encompassing business disputes, healthcare matters, fraud, antitrust, and cybersecurity. Mr. Ahmed represented Fortune 500 companies in high-stakes, multi-million and multi-billion-dollar litigation in California, as well as in multidistrict proceedings spanning jurisdictions across the United States. He also gained international experience in data privacy and cybersecurity, such as advising on cross-border investigations involving a multinational company headquartered in Europe. Some of Mr. Ahmed’s accomplishments include successfully securing the dismissal of a multi-billion-dollar lawsuit on behalf of a Fortune 5 company and obtaining a multi-million-dollar trial judgment in a fraud action for a leading U.S. healthcare company. Mr. Ahmed is now excited to bring his experience to serve Central Valley residents.
